If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and it must be in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:

Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to complete your return.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Support Team.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a reasonable processing time for your refund to be completed.
